PFC Gutierrez 2nd plt Im writing this rbi because my platoont thinks I passing personal help in making good decisions in my personal life-time and my work envionment. But its at times when I forget myself to create an environment that forces the hand of my NCO to maintain evidence and fit for which I should be capable of doing myself. I in person want to be the reason my NCO shines by showing everyone that I am not the person who they think I am and my composure to make the right decisions and help other soldiers to do the same, for that is the only way to accomplish the mission. If I were in my squad leaders position in helping one of my accept soldiers, I would first put everything out of what others know or think they know about them and fairish become a friend to talk to.
